Summer fun in Denver

White blanket of sparkly snow see you next winter, now it is time to enjoy the blistering heat of the summer season and with it the fabulous events popping up all over town.
Patio parties, street fairs, Art walks, Films on the Rocks, you name it most likely Denver has it.

  Downtown Denver Arts Festival: Come see a big display of local artist in the heart of Downtown Denver - May 24-26

 Old South Gaylord Annual Festival: Music, food, a fun way to celebrate Memorial day weekend - May 26-27

 The Big Eat: an amazing event with 40 restaurants, 4 breweries,
wine and music. A great way to start the summer - May 26



 Film on the Rocks: Transport yourself to a different time with a classic in the most amazing venue. Red Rocks Film series starts Wednesday May 29 with "Back to the future" (yes, it is a classic even if I don't want to face it)

 Denver Chalk Art Festival: Amazingly talented chalk artist display their art on Larimer square and the adjacent streets. June 1 & 2 - Free

 Jazz in the Park: City park welcomes every year a list of highly talented musicians. Great venue to picnic and share a lively evening with friends. Starts June 2 - Free

 Concerts on the Rocks: Many great artist in a fantastic venue. Highly recommend The Ultimate Thriller Michael Jackson Tribute Concert on June 21

 Santa Fe Art District First Friday: Enjoy this historic street, its art galleries, restaurant and boutiques - Year Round

 Denver Botanic Gardens Summer Concert series: A great mix of artist in yet another beautiful outdoor venue. Visit their FAQ page for info on parking and policies. Start June 14

 Rock the Block Concerts on Old South Pearl street: Mixing music, beer and warm sunny Colorado day. Brew-Grass June 8 and Blues and Brews August 10

 Dazzle Jazz: A hub for great music year round. Check the calendar often to see upcoming events

 Larimer Square Summer Film series: Once a month, from June to September, on a Thursday night the Larimer Square will become a movie "theater" where you can dine with the streets best restaurants, be sure not to miss it! Starts June 6 - Reservations requiered

 Shanahans Summer patio concert series: The fun is spreading south side of the city, . First concert June 14 - A good venue for a few cocktails

 Elway's summer concert series: In the middle of cherry creek mall enjoy a buzzing night of cocktails and music. Start June 19
